“养生公司”。公司成立后，在周边市场、公园等场所派发宣传单，以免费派小礼品等方式吸引老年人注意，以“养生保健”“慈善关爱”的旗号打消老年人顾虑，让老年人到公司听“养生课”。课中，又以送保健品、赠旅游、充值返利、拉客有奖等为诱惑，发展了一批老年人成为会员。其后，利用有些老年人不熟悉上网，该公司开发了所谓的在线理财平台，以“高回报”“无风险”对外兜售理财产品，承诺老年人在购买理财产品后，可随时在线查询理财情况。为骗取老年人信任，公司还经常开展发放理财现金分红、免费赠送保健品和组织免费旅游等活动。先后有127名老年人被骗192万余元。</span></p></section><section><section><section><section><section><section><section><section><p
